1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FRX Wallet, including our web platform, APIs, smart contract interfaces, mobile interfaces, and software services (collectively, the "Platform").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access, register with, or utilize any services provided by FRX Wallet. We reserve the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at our discretion. Your continued use of the Platform following any modifications constitutes your unconditional acceptance of such revisions.

2. Eligibility & Account Obligations

To access or use FRX Wallet, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have attained the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You have full power and authority to enter into this agreement without violating any other contract.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing services from, any sanctioned country or territory where crypto asset services are prohibited by applicable law.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, 6-digit transaction passcode, and 12-word Secret Recovery Phrase.

FRX Wallet is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised user devices, social engineering, or insecurely stored recovery credentials.

3. Non-Custodial Ownership & Recovery Phrases

FRX Wallet empowers users with cryptographic self-custody where applicable. When you create or import a recovery phrase:

• The 12-word Secret Recovery Phrase is generated cryptographically according to standard BIP-39 protocols.
• FRX Wallet does not have access to, nor does it store, plaintext copies of your recovery phrase or private master keys.
• If you lose your Secret Recovery Phrase and your passcode, neither FRX Wallet nor any third party can recover your funds. You bear sole responsibility for backup storage.

4. Swaps, Trades & Blockchain Gas Fees

When executing token swaps, purchases, or asset transfers via FRX Wallet:

• Irreversibility: All blockchain transactions are final, immutable, and non-reversible once broadcasted to the respective distributed ledger network.
• Network Gas Fees: Public blockchain networks (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum ERC-20, BNB Smart Chain, Solana) require decentralized gas and miner fees. These fees fluctuate dynamically based on network congestion and are consumed by network validators, not FRX Wallet.
• Platform Swap Fee: FRX Wallet may apply a minimal platform swap facilitation fee (e.g., 0.2%) to cover liquidity routing and support the SAFU fund reserve.
• Slippage & Market Volatility: Cryptocurrency exchange rates oscillate rapidly. Quoted rates reflect real-time market snapshots and may vary slightly upon final block confirmation.

5. Prohibited Conduct & AML Compliance

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, illicit narcotics trafficking, or ransomware extortion.
• Circumventing platform geo-restrictions, firewalls, or account security mechanisms using automated exploits or proxies.
• Engaging in market manipulation, wash trading, front-running, or spoofing.
• Interfering with server integrity, conducting distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks, or reverse engineering client code.

We actively cooperate with legitimate law enforcement inquiries and comply with global Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) statutory standards.

6. Risk Disclosure & No Financial Advice

Trading and holding cryptocurrencies involves substantial market risk, liquidity fluctuations, and potential loss of capital. Prices can increase or decrease dramatically within short intervals.

Nothing on FRX Wallet constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should conduct independent research and seek counsel from qualified professionals before making trading decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FRX Wallet, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of cryptographic assets arising from network hard forks, protocol changes, market crashes, or user security negligence.

The Platform is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
